Refund policy

If the items you receive are incorrect or faulty, please contact zarak@zaractive.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

We are happy to issue an online store credit within 14days of receiving your product.  Please include your contact details and original invoice number as well as photos of the item being returned.

The cost of returning the goods will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.  Unfortunately we do NOT offer refunds or exchange if you simply change your mind about a purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For any exchanges you will need to return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.  A store credit will be given once we receive the returned item, then you are able to repurchase the correct colour/size that you were after.  Items can only be returned within 14days of purchase date.
